1912 Nowegean Krag

I picked up this 1912 Norwegian Krag a couple years ago at the local antique mall. I was surprised by the apparent low serial number. I know it is an sporterized but it looks by the recoil pad that it was done long ago and it was not a bubba job. Not knowing too much about these Krags, I sure would like any comments or info. It was less than $300 and knowing I would never would get an all original one as it is not in my normal collecting sphere, I thought it was a good buy and I thought it would be a good ask for info post as I am new to this forum.
