Elevation Sight knob replacement?

How hard is it to replace just the knob? Does it require a special tool? Is there someone who does this. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Unscrew the screw you see there and the outer knob comes off.

Thanks Jim! I thought it evolved a special tool and or some special skills. I thought I read some where you had to replace the whole pinion assembly. I really appreciate your reply.

That's harder to do. Then you have to take it out.
