    Regarding "neck squeak":

Lyman, and possibly other manufacturers, offer die replacement spindle assemblies that feature a Tungsten Carbide expander "ball" that have a reasonably gentle taper at the ends. Being so hard, they do not require inside neck lubrication. They ease the business somewhat and negate the risk of any sort of lube getting inside the case. I have been using them on both .223 Rem and .308 Win processing for a year or so. supplied with two different "plug / nut assemblies to suite a wide variety of dies made by the various manufacturers.

They are not exactly giving them away, but the product seems worth the investment to me.
