    Lithgow Model 24 (22 Hornet)

I have a model 1 and model 12, and would love a model 24, but am constantly piped at the post when these come to market in Oz...so I thought I would try the impossible. I am looking for an original condition Lithgowicon factory produced Model 24 with matching numbers, and no modifications such as scopes or sights. Looking for a good+ condition, not restored, and shootable. Usage marks and a few dings are expected. I have the supply chain to import to USAicon from Oz, so if anyone is looking to thin a collection, or your kids aren't interested in your hobby, or the wife wants a holiday....please let me know what you have

    Thanks,

A Collector's View - The SMLE Short Magazine Lee Enfield 1903-1989. It is 300 8.5x11 inch pages with 1,000+ photo’s, most in color, and each book is serial-numbered. Covering the SMLE from 1903 to the end of production in India in 1989 it looks at how each model differs and manufacturer differences from a collecting point of view along with the major accessories that could be attached to the rifle. For the record this is not a moneymaker, I hope just to break even, eventually, at $80/book plus shipping. In the USA shipping is $5.00 for media mail.
