Next time you hear thunder MJ, look up he will be riding across the sky.
I only knew Kari a little over a year before his death, but what a year. In that short time, he became a good friend, and our conversations were long and frequent. Kari could discuss motorcycle engines, poetry, ballistics, and philosophy with equal ease. His funeral was packed with people— an indication of a life well lived.
An avid motorcyclist, Kari said once that with riding motorcycles so with life: “You always have more traction than you think.”
He had a lot of thing going on a large Triumph and BMW dealership. Poetry clubs and his collection of books covering Swiss marksmanship and firearms from the 1700 to today covering three walls in his den.
A collection of reloading equipment from the 1900 to today. There is an annual ride from San Jose CA. to the seaside attended by a hundred people every year so far.
MJ, don't take this personally, but that's crap.
