    Enfield No4 7.62 "Stirling Conversion"

I expect like a lot of people I have seen quite a few No4 conversions fitted with a Stirling magazine, this is happening more and more as the value of a genuine Enfield 7.62 magazine continues to escalate.
Unlike the Enfield magazine the Stirling example does not have the ejector tab fitted to it so ejection of the spent round is prevented, or is not as efficient as it should be.
This rifle is the first one I have come across to have the complete Stirling conversion done to it including the addition of the ejector fitted to the left hand side wall of the receiver and the modification of the charger bridge to accept the 7.62 charger clip.
This rifle appears to have had very little use since conversion with the barrel and bolt face appearing as new. The exploded diagram and text appear to be from the original sales leaflet.
