Production numbers for all versions of the No. 4 rifle?

I'm writing a very short history on a few WWII rifles for a local museum. I've ran into a roadblock on production numbers for the No. 4 Lee-Enfield. I can find numbers for No. 1 thru No. 5 models, but can't find the numbers broken down by model. Can anyone provide me with a reference for the total number of No. 4 rifles manufactured?

A Collector's View - The SMLE Short Magazine Lee Enfield 1903-1989. It is 300 8.5x11 inch pages with 1,000+ photo’s, most in color, and each book is serial-numbered. Covering the SMLE from 1903 to the end of production in India in 1989 it looks at how each model differs and manufacturer differences from a collecting point of view along with the major accessories that could be attached to the rifle. From Skennertons' book: Since you were asking about WW2 production, I removed the portion which listed the No4 Mk 2 and Mks 1/2 and 1/3.

Also, this is total production of the No 4 Mk I and Mk I*, which ran past the end of WW2. So the total number will be higher than if it were only to include the years of the war (1939-1945). I don't know how to pull that information out of the book, without re-reading it!

But, its a number that gives an impressive snapshot of production under difficult times.
