Adding a Spanish American War forum or a Spanish Mauser Forum

Has adding a Spanish American War forum or a Spanish Mauser Forum been considered?

I am having difficulty finding detailed information on the U.S. Krag Carbine and Spanish Mauser Variations before, during and after that conflict. I am awaiting delivery of a copy of Brophy's KRAG RIFLE (on the way from Australia!) and I am hoping that resource will be better than Poyer's The American Krag Rifle and Carbine, but I have found nothing with any real detail of the Spanish Mausers used during the same conflict.
