M1C Garand Scope Mount
Ran across a loose scope mount for an M1C in a lot of misc. parts. Serialized and everything.
Just the mount that attaches to the rifle, no rings or anything else.
Anyone know what these are going for these days? Would love to find the owner of Rifle 3660807!

Thanks for the input, guys.
Just to be clear, I have just the part that mounts to the rifle. None of the slide on portion and no rings.
Crazy lot of parts with lots of great stuff in there. I totally overlooked this mount though. You can just see it in the top right corner of the second picture:

Looks like a pretty cool M2 disconnector , along with its long lever arm whatever you call that (The thing that the slide trips), m1 carbine push safety, adjustable rear sight, hammer, Early carbine barrel band, tons of cool stuff! That's a great score! Looks like a few M1 lock bar windage and elevation sets as well

Thinking around $400 for an original bracket - but have no recent data points on that

That’s what caught my eye at first. The other stuff is all a nice bonus.
It’s always fun to uncover some auction treasure!

That would certainly work for me! I’ll make a post here and maybe over at the CMP forums. I’m not trying to retire on it, haha, but it would be really cool to find the owner of this rifle if it’s still out there.

Thought I'd updated everyone -- this bracket sold for just a bit under $500.
Great estimate, Mark!

Around $150, with shipping. So I'm doing alright, so far. I might go find something silly to buy with the proceeds. Maybe one of those Remington Tac-14 "firearms."
Or something boring like paying bills, haha.
