    91/38 again

    Anyone have a Carcano with the Weaver side mount? Can you still use the en bloc?

    I do . But I made my own mount . The clip just clears the scope [ mounted with the turrets turned out of the way ] and the offset has made no difference hunting .

    Could be !!!!!!!! I wish you had a chance to use it , but the thermal was cool also .

    You can bet on it. I think the shot would have been easier with the normal scope, but hitting that accurately with the thermal was quite some satisfaction!
