    Shelter refugee

The forces of entropy at my domicile have recently gained an ally, and have rapidly increased geometrically. Nothing is immune to this onslaught.

Oh boy! aren't you in for some fun a Siamese, as we had to you will soon learn who is the boss in the house and who has to serve who !

Here is our King of the roost !

(They are very people orientated and need lots' of time they also get stressed if left alone but if you have another feline then it will be fine.)

Not sure on your one but the Siamese have a V type face so we buy special food for ours designed for the Siamese breed made by Royal Cannin.
Due to their pointed face the kibbles are smaller allowing them easier eating ours will not eat soft cat food and very rarely have a piece of chook or fish.
He is the goofiest cat we have ever owned a real cluts has 11:00pm crazies, is very demanding on where he sleeps !
But he is my little mate that keeps me company & entertained though sometimes he can be a real pest with that Siamese meow and demands!!!!!!!!

Thing is Bob they never ask for anything but love/warmth & food just like any pet we have we to often see badly neglected animals big and small but the RSPCA has a devil of a time getting prosecutions.

Bossy Sapper no way is ours bossy "Come here it says" , notice the cross eyed that the Siamese can do not many cats have that trait.

I had a cat once, looked just like the black cat above. Her name was "Trouble". Very affectionate, loved to play, very involved in everything you were doing. I rescued her when I was a bachelor as a tiny kitten from a flooding side-ditch on a one lane country road in the rain. Mom must have been moving them, and didn't want to jump in to get the one she lost and moved on.
After a few years of bliss with Trouble, I got married. Trouble hated my wife on day one, and made it known whenever they crossed paths. Then in Trouble's midlife, kids came along. Trouble loved the kids. Would tolerate tail and ears being pulled in order to get in a face lick. Then they started crawling and walking a she didn't mind getting chased and ruffed up. Always wanted to be involved in everything they did...but still always hated my wife. If trouble was sleeping in a room and my wife came in, she would get up and walk out with the most disgusted face, sometimes a growl. If anyone else came in the room, she would get up and move over for a snuggle. A most jealous cat.

Yeah, we rescued this pair at about four weeks when the mom's owner could no longer handle the litter. I love the cross-eyed thing.

The wee beastie does have the crossed eyes. Most of the Siamese that have been in charge of me have as well. Characters all. They have each had reigns averaging 20 years, so this critter may well outlast me.
They can be particular. At one time, my pal was occupying the other half of my duplex, and I got a call from him to the effect that my previous monarch had performed a home invasion, and had his wife trapped in the basement. My boss was a bit skeptical about my rationale for a trip home in the middle of the day.

My wife to the cat = personal lounge and nighttime sleeping companion.
Me to the cat = 2nd choice lounge chair, hooligan who plays chasey with the cat late at night, belly rubber and food source.

My cat absolutely dotes on me, tolerates my wife and mother-in-law, and runs and hides under the bed whenever anyone else visits. He was a rescue cat and very sick when I got him with Ringworm, internal parasites, diarrhea, and some sort of Feline rhinovirus. I'm sure he had been passed up by many other people looking for a kitten because they thought he wouldn't make it or didn't want the hassle and expense of saving him but when I picked the little guy up I knew I was probably his last chance so home he came. I've had him 10 years now and he's fat, sassy and bossy, being one of the most loquacious cats I've ever owned with the ability to put complete sentences together! LOL! I think that's why I named him Waylon because he's always wailin'.
