    Special thanks to Lance Lysiuk.

When Lance's books came out in 2022 I expressed an interest to my wife about possibly buying the two. As it turned out my wonderful wife ordered both books of Lance's "A Collector's View" for me for Christmas. I've enjoyed both books immensely and learned much I didn't know before, especially regarding the Cooey No. 10A sight that was mounted on .22 rimfire training rifles in Canadianicon service. One thing led to another and I found a No. 10A sight on GB.com. I won that auction so the quest for a Canadian stamped Sht .22 MkIV or MkIV* began. Some of you may even have seen my WTB ad on this forum for same. Well, guess who found a Canadian stamped Sht .22 MkIV for sale on an online auction? Yes, you guessed it, Lance! Lance PM'd me with a link to the rifle so thanks to Lance I now have two No. 10A sights and a very nice LSA Co. converted to a Sht .22 MkIV. I may have to stop reading Lance's books, it's getting too expensive!

Glad I could help, enjoy the expensive hobby we have! If you are ready to spend more money let me know I have a couple more .22s that I have found that I would love to have but don't "need"!

I think I know of the two to which you are referring; a Lithgowicon and an Ishapore? I'm watching them. They would go very nice with my BSA and LSA.

What's more expensive? College or overhauling a constant speed prop? LOL! Fortunately my last graduated college 10 years ago so I've had a wonderful decade of disposable income. I'm retiring later this year and I've been saving up to walk into a dealership and pay cash for a new truck as a retirement gift to myself so I may have to pass on any further purchases this year.....maybe.
