ATF Called today - DURING THE TEA PARTY

It could be worse. Story from Ausatralia years ago. The plod called on a homeowner while he was at work. The wife said he was not home, but they insisted "we have to see his firearms to make sure they are in compliance." He had left the keys to his safe with his wife, and they finaly browbeat her into opening the safe. When he came home, they cuffed him and marched him to the police car. Reason? he had left an UNAUTHORIZED person with access to his gun safe!

When they called,do you remember what the phone number was?

When they called from the Sacramento Office the Caller ID displayed either "BATF" or "US Government" with different phone numbers. They were calling twice a day to make contact and setup the appointment. My neighbor asked me several days later why the ATF Agent was here. He's a Battalion Chief and also on the Narcotics Task Force ( an adrenaline junkie, me thinks!) so he knew the guy. BB

It must me MY Year......Like you I had ATF visit, now I find out the IRS called yesterday...
I keep telling myself it can't get worse, this the same week my motorcycle radio quit and I started a summer cold.
