WOT?!! No one has a Winchester Model 55 "automatic single shot"?! 1st gun my dad ever bought me...and a great 1st gun it was, too - just watch where you put that support hand!!

    Ad says: "12 aimed shots...in 60 seconds"

    My bad...these are "Milsurps"....obviously a Model 55 is not...wish I could cancel, but...now everyone knows I'm an idiot!

A Collector's View - The SMLE Short Magazine Lee Enfield 1903-1989. It is 300 8.5x11 inch pages with 1,000+ photo’s, most in color, and each book is serial-numbered. Covering the SMLE from 1903 to the end of production in India in 1989 it looks at how each model differs and manufacturer differences from a collecting point of view along with the major accessories that could be attached to the rifle. For the record this is not a moneymaker, I hope just to break even, eventually, at $80/book plus shipping. In the USA shipping is $5.00 for media mail. I will accept PayPal, Zelle, MO and good old checks (and cash if you want to stop by for a tour!). CLICK BANNER to send me a PM for International pricing and shipping. Manufacturer of various vintage rifle scopes for the 1903 such as our M73G4 (reproduction of the Weaver 330C) and Malcolm 8X Gen II (Unertl reproduction). Several of our scopes are used in the CMP Vintage Sniper competition on top of 1903 rifles. Brian Dick ... I've been at it for a while, but lately I've been slacking. 22's were my first
addiction and I sought the most unusual US Marked examples I could find
without needing a banker involved. This of course is becoming way more
expensive as more of us get involved and the shear numbers of rifles is
minuscule by contrast. If you want a good general guide to these wonderful
historic pieces get a copy of Thomas P Batha's book on 22 Martial Trainers,
Ray Rilings Books carries it. There have been only 2 times I ever regretted
trading a rifle and it was 2 Trainers. One was a Hoffer Thompson and the
other was a Winder Musket. I'm more inclined to collect the pieces that
appeal to me rather than everything on the list also.

Here's the list of what I collected so far:

    1922 M2 Springfield
    1922 M1icon/1 Springfield
    52C Winchester US
    52D Winchester US
    40X Remington HB US
    4162T Stevens US
    MC58 H&R Reising
    M12 H&R US
    M82 Kimber
    44US Mossberg
    US AirForce 22 Adapter
