    CSP Admin: My opinion.

The people on this forum are much smarter then those who try to change our way of thinking. The problem arises because the left cannot engage in Intelligent debate and remain civil. What I am trying to say is that everyone should be able to present their opinion as long as they remain civil.
Guess I just stepped in it, Bob

I'm with you. There is an ignore button if somebody just aggrivates you too much. I just prefer not to respond to some people's posts.

I do find this forum less civil than some other gun forums and I think that's in part because the format encourages political discussion more. The real political forums are less tolerant of "trolling" I sometimes contribute to a political forum. Every single post is screened. I have only seen a couple of times that something untoward got in. I suspect from the nasty comments including nasty sexual references, that individual hacked his way in.

This is the only gun forum I subscribe to so obviously it suits me.

No, Bob and Art, there are a few who feel it is their "duty" to rid the boards of those they don't like, can't beat, and they can't defend their positions against.

I think the TWO OF YOU ought to be banned, RIGHT NOW!!!!

Leftists can't remain civil because their views are the only ones that need to be heard. The IQ's and the levels of education are a constant of both ends of the spectrum, yet the pseudo-intellects will always feel as though they are smarter than anyone else. Therefore, they have the 'right' to dictate.

The true difference is common sense. We here fully understand that innanimate objects aren't the cause of society's ills. We also know that patronizing and insincere coddling never solved a problem. That makes people like us Neanderthals in their eyes.
However, science now leans toward the fact that primitive man was just as intelligent as modern day ****sapien. Will the Left ever come to terms with Queen Pelosi having so much in common with knuckle draggers!?!

Hey.... I know at least one word that doesn't make it through the 'vulgarity filters' here. LOL

If we would all ignore the provocateurs they would go away. They live to get attention and will depart if they don't get it. Carl

I don't know if we are any smarter, I think it is just we have heard all the arguments over the years and it seems like it is from the same people. The facts speak for our side and they just keep at it trying to justify their politics or position, and the political office. The pass "feel good" laws that do not do anything, then come back and say I tried however we need to do more since nothing has changed. They don't say the law didn't work. Only that nothing has changed. The fight for the 2nd amendment and unjust firearms laws has been going on before I received my first American Rifleman Magazine 55 years ago. Our adversary dies off and another replaces them. We must replace our side with younger shooters and outdoor folks for hunting, fishing etc. If you have to take them fishing first to get to know you then do so. The range date could be only a few weeks away, invite the parent or parents along when you can. Just some thoughts.
