A Collector's View - The SMLE Short Magazine Lee Enfield 1903-1989. It is 300 8.5x11 inch pages with 1,000+ photo’s, most in color, and each book is serial-numbered. Covering the SMLE from 1903 to the end of production in India in 1989 it looks at how each model differs and manufacturer differences from a collecting point of view along with the major accessories that could be attached to the rifle. For the record this is not a moneymaker, I hope just to break even, eventually, at $80/book plus shipping. In the USA shipping is $5.00 for media mail. I will accept PayPal, Zelle, MO and good old checks (and cash if you want to stop by for a tour!). CLICK BANNER to send me a PM for International pricing and shipping. Picked this one up at the end of April but didn’t have time for photos until today.
It’s my second matching No4Mk1(T) in as many months! It’s a 1945 BSA with a “T” serial number prefix. How cool is that.

It has so many matches it’s like Mr. Laidlericon used it to write his book.

Now to refresh this was last months:

And now the two of then together:

Hello my name is Steve and I am a No4Taholick.

    Tt-30

Just arrived: TT-30(not TT-33), Tula made dated 1934. This pistol is, definitely a WWII bring back... 100% all original, 4-digit serial number, every # matching, including 2 magazines. Gun's and magazine's finish resembling hi-gloss Colt's early 1911's blueing. The pistol came with 4 rds of original Sovieticon pre-1942 made ammo (no markings on the bottom of the casing). Its barrel looked pretty rough to me, but after soaking in Hoppe's #9 for a bit, turned out to be bright and almost shiny! The firing pin was seized solidly and had to be soaked in WD-40 for awhile before it got freed. The trigger pull is just AWESOME, light and crisp!!!!

    Cmp Special M1

I went to the CMPicon store last week looking for a M1icon with a danish barrel, and found the SA CMP specials. I couldnt resist, although more expensive it should be worth it. The pictures are alittle small though.

I have a SA field grade, but it is a later model. This baby is what I wanted a WW2 model!
