    Druganov Ammunition

I came across a Druganov Sniper rifle. It has "Al Kadesih" and 7.62 X 54 stamped on the side of the receiver. The only ammunition that i could find was 7.62X54R. The Rimmed ammo will not chamber. Question? what does it shoot and where can I find Ammunition.

The Al Kadesih is not a Dragunov.

And it does take standard Sovieticon/Com-Bloc 7.62x54mm Rimmed. If you are having issues with it chambering I'd personally would want to check the head space and chamber condition.

This rifle is similar to the Russianicon SVD but features a stamped steel receiver. No parts are interchangable with the SVD. It does shoot 7.62X54R so you have a problem if it does not chamber.
