    Customer service defined.

I have mentioned that I ordered a M1885 Martini from Atlanta Cutlery under intimidation from you guys. It was a "hand select" and arrived in better condition than I could have hoped. However, the rear sling swivel and screw were missing, which made attaching the sling difficult. My call to AC resulted in abject horror that such a mistake could have been made and the missing part was in my mailbox two days later. If only the rest of US business had this ethic.

Which is why AC and IMA are so highly recommended. Sometimes their rifles cost a bit more than you can buy a similar one off of an auction site, but part of what you buy when purchasing from AC and IMA is quality customer service that strives to make it right.
