mauser said it, in the $275/$300 range is what i've been seeing them at the gunshows, however yours looks to be pretty nice and with the bayonet i like it for $335
I've mixed a little J B WELD and applied with a toothpick with excellent results for a simple fix for loose front sight dovetails, make sure you degrease area before applying the JB WELD
3/4 parts hydrogen peroxide and 1/4 part white vinegar mixed, use a toothbrush and give a light scrubbing to the items, pat dry with clean cloth and let dry in sun

Years ago i was shooting cast along with a group of guy's at our gunclub, we all shoot milsurps mainly 03A3,mausers,enfields. One fella from our circle had ALOT of surplus military powder from Israel...

I myself within your budget would go for a mosin nagant 91/30 give the bore a GOOD SCRUBBING, soak the complete bolt in kerosene for a day, pat it dry and shoot the heck out of it using cheap surplus...
