Is there something odd about the scope mount for that Long Branch "T"? Have a close look at the rear arm of the mount... an Iron Cross stamp... is that meant to be there?

Let's say it's "no surprise". Those little crosses ought to found elsewhere as well. The Bracket LOOKS OK in regard to several features I've seen photographed on other examples. Unfortunately my hands on exposure is almost nil w/ the Canadianicon (T)s' scopes. I'm not willing to pronounce "goodness" on the whole thing, as I have only one Long Branch No.4 Mk.1*(T) and it's w/o scope AND bracket!

    S/N 270 R.E.L. scope anyone?

I dont have the rifle in front of me....I bought it from Valmont Firearms in the U.K....We are waiting for final permits for the shipping to the U.S...( I cant wait). You guys will know more about the markings than me. If you look at the front of the bracket there is a circle and arrow that looks hand etched.....These are the things I need to verify. I was trying to find some production numbers...how rare is it? ...how many were made? And what is a real dollar value...I paid a premium for it..........Because it is cool!
