    Look for an Israeli 1919a4 parts kit. They are 7.62/.308 and some of the semi's I have seen worked well.

    Be very careful when working with the recoil spring guide rod. The spring is quite powerful and will launch the rod will a lot of force. There's a thread on that forum about a guy who lost an eye.
