The WRA op rods with the dash in the part number have the slant cut handle, used on all WRA M1icon rifles up to the Win-13. WRA op rods with no dash in the part number have the straight cut on the op rod handle and were used on the Win-13 rifles. Win-13 WRA rifle are the ones made in 1945 with all the changes to parts that had taken place over the war years. They were made starting in January 1945 with a new serial number series starting with 1601150. Only about 40k were made before production ended with the close of WWII.
