I was referring to the range pattern CINDERS, i agree the 27 would stay as is, well maybe replace whats missing.

There was also a 1944 Lithgow
that sold for $150 a few days ago on Used Guns.

The only firearm I regret selling was a M95 Steyr Carbine in 8x56r. It was pretty smooth and accurate (had the front sight changed out by the Bulgarians to a 100m zero). Not something everyone likes but I quite enjoyed it. I ended up selling it to someone who was going on about there family heritage and wanting this to be the start of there collection, etc.. I sold it at a very fair price as I just wanted it to be taken care of and I truly felt I was helping someone out. Not even a month and a half later buddy had it for sale for 200$ more than I sold it for and he got what he was asking.
I was not the happiest to say the least.

Of all of the things I miss, I miss my mind the most.

It looked to have a nice set of Maple on it............win some, lose some.
I just hope a collector grabbed it, not some young buck that was looking for a cheap one to sporterize.
Didn't miss this one though.

How much of it is matching?

Later barrel, nosecap and forewood and bolt is correctly numbered and correct vintage but PAA does not match, so maybe a factory replacement as it has crossed out numbers.
This could be one of Demo's discards, took it off another collector a bit north of him.
