    Now I see, a 1XX XXX series, I thought it was higher for some reason. Yes, a 30-03 rebuild would be very early numbered at that. Still we'll be looking forward to pics.

    Thanks for the interest guys: The first thing I had better do is to confirm I copied the number on the rifle into my data base correctly!! Then see what kind of a photographer I am.
