    Should add, don't do this under any lamps or windows until you are comfortable with it, and don't lean your head over it when turning the cocking piece 90 degrees once you've compressed the bolt shroud on the firing pin spring to remove it. Honestly no real reason to take it down that far on a regular basis unless you are degreasing and putting some protective oil on it for the first time.
