How about this for a way of playing the system at its own game, I recon if I could pull this off I would never have to work again or be held responsible for anything....

Just be careful that your doctor fully understands you or, before you know where you are, your doctor may have arranged gender realignment surgery for you. Try explaining that to your wife/partner.
