I picked up 200 rounds of Greek .303 Britishicon (headstamp HxP 70) today at a show in Northern Illinois. Nice and clean and .65 cents a round. Supposed to be non-corrosive.

Anyone know about this ammo? The cool thing is, it was loaded into this Vickers July 45 machine gun cloth belt.

Was it at DuPage County Fairgrounds? I must have missed that deal, I walked all over looking for some 303 and best I could find was some POFicon. I know people say they've had bad experiences with it but I'll try my luck with what I can get right now.

I really need to start reloading.

I've just about fired the last of my Greek HXP 69 headstamp ammo. It's super clean and non-corrosive. Plus, its boxer primed and reloadable. The story I heard is that Winchester set up the Greek factory that made it...

I have alittle bit of '69 HXP and alot of '89 HXP. It is by far the best surplus I've been able to get. It is indeed non-corrosive, reloadable and nicely consistant.
