I wonder if it's ex Iranian/Persian armed forces judging by the way the rear sight is marked? The sight markings look Farsi or Arabic to me and you may be able to find a translation on-line. Have a look at WorldBayonets website as I think they may have a translation for the numbers??? I believe that Iran did purchase Czech
made bayonets for their Mauser rifles - I have one.

I agree, they are typical Farsi a "diamond" for 0, "inverted heart" for 5 etc, certainly not Arabic, because these are actual Arabic numbers 1,2,3,4,5... LOL
