    PL Lubricating Oil / Preservative

    Can anyone tell me of any specific use of this oil or is it for general use ?

    Did a bit of googling and found it’s just a “general purpose” oil. I did find a reference to it being in the maintenance kit for a howitzer.

    Search that 11 digit number that starts with a 9. It’s the National Stock Number for this item and that number alone will get you a lot of results.
