No, because I suspect they did not exist, or if they did, not for long.
There is a full-stock MkII in the Museum of the Regiments that was used by Ducky Norwest however. The holes where the A5 bases were mounted are clearly visible.
All the known photos of A5s on MkIII rifles show cut down forends and barrels.
