When I in the 9th grade one of the school sponsored clubs was a hunting and fishing club. We were incouraged to bring in differant types of hunting guns for kind of a a show and tell. This was a long time ago1966 It would not happen today. we would leave the gun at the office and the teacher running the club would bring in the gun during club time which was the last period of school. One gun that was brought in was a bolt action that was converted to a pump. As near as I can remember it had a plastic forum that slid down the wooden forearm of the stock and it had 2 metal arms that operated a modified bolt. The treacher said that during and after the war pumps were hard to come by and this one was converted to a pump shot gun from a bolt action. That is the only one I have ever saw. has anyone else ever saw or heard of such a thing
