That happens to be the blood chit on the back of a current E&E map (If I remember it right or it may be separate from the map, just don't remember).

I have several hundred hours with one of those stuffed into my survival vest since the first Gulf War and beyond.

If you have that in your possession and you are not currently active duty in the theater you may not want to show it off. It is classified, the info on the map is not releasable and the blood chit itself has cash value so they are controlled items.
