    No.4 Mk2 Front Trigger Guard Screw Bushing Lenght

    Should the Trigger Guard Screw Bushing protrude above the stock wood? Mine does by approximately 1'/16". That doesnt seem correct but I thought I'ld ask before the grinder came out. Seems that the Guard would bottom out on the bushing and not "pull" against the stock.

    Put the grinder away and read the article about fitting fore-ends. The subject of the length of the collar has been aired on this forum about 20 times. Read up and do it properly is my suggestion
