Something for everybody there. British officer with a map case and binos (AOO possibly?), a bloke (pointing with back to camera) who looks to be wearing a French uniform, and some American officer with sun goggles leaning on the half track's bumper bar.

Absolutely...all early stuff too, 1903 rifle...ties(as per Patton's general order) and I thought the leather leggings was cavalry, from the old days. The other man has riding breeches on.
