.38/200 S/N 78####, five-inch barrel, lanyard ring and "P" stamp on butt, as per Knowledge Library info (and thanks for that). Price $250...listed in "good" condition. No C-Broad Arrow.

Depending what "good" means, I say buy it.
Anyway you slice it, they're nice shooting guns.
