    Summer activities, grill

If ya cant get out for some shooting fun then get the grill out and enjoy some life with some friends and family. I fired up the charcoal webber put some polish sausage, chicken thighs (yep leave the skin on it adds flavor) home grown lamb steak all covered in salt, pepper and garlic. The wife made a salad, rice peelof, corn with a type of hot pickled radish to put on the salad home made bread n real butter. A ice cold Kokanee beer while cooking. If ya cant get out to shoot at least have a good feed and man did the grand daughter chow down.

Enjoy life while ya can it's way to short as it is.

Might be a bit shorter via the Polish sausage. But I will die happy. Thanks for not posting pictures, I just had a turkey sandwich for lunch and it was lame enough without having that feast to compare it to.

Grilled up some deer meat just the other day. Random cuts, not very photogenic. But very tasty!

No bush meat here it's all protected and I'm not much on monkey, last time I had it in '67 served raw with peppers and rice wine I got a little green. But the iguana is supposed to taste like chicken and there is this big boy behind the pool area.

Local custom here at 105F and 95% humidity, this keeps you hydrated so close to the equator. The whole village meets by the shore for the sunset just as both conditions peak. then it's home for a dip in the pool and fresh caught durado and shrimp on the BBQ. We have some great dark beers that do this very well.

    Ya'll have a great grill.
