EAL ??

Hey all . bought this a while ago , trying to get info from previous owners . Mentioned to a guy I had an EAL . Or what I thought was an EAL . He asked to see it , we met up , looks it over and goes into a twenty minute long rant about fakes , People not knowing what they have etc etc .
So I,m posting to get a few answers
What is this ??

Some pics I took . The number on the bolt kinda resembles the number at the but bracket , but that one has a hole drilled into it .
So what do you think it is . Thanks ..NoBush
