About New Jersey: Recently our side won one of the laws. NJ legislators tried to ban all firearms above caliber .50. Those "fence sitters" told the anti-gun guys in NJ congress to put into the bill that it would only apply to modern cartridge firearms and not antique muskets. The NJ anti-gun legislators told them no, they wanted to ban any civil and rev war muskets above caliber .50 with the law.

The law missed getting past by ONE vote. Our side won this one.

I grew up in Jersey also. I hated it so much I moved to Vermont (you can carry concealed w/o a permit). But the politics in VT. is crazy. So I moved to NH. Great gun laws here.
