Include the Universal Windings "W" code.
Roughly made from Nov-43..... to first of April-44.
I have W Underwood 2,482,984 with 3-44 barrel.
Barrel thought to be original, but dated later than one would expect to see in this range.
Trigger housing Type IV brazed/stamped.

2,630,000-2,655,000

Your B code 2,656,914 is the first I've seen outside the block.
Maybe others have seen before........ but a first for me.
