About the best surplus .303 you can buy -Greek HXP.
Boxer primed, excellent brass for reloading (I'm up to 10 reloads with no adverse signs), non corrosive, sounds like a great price too

Buy it. Only thing that could be better is if they had a few more cases.

Excellent price on great ammo. Know where there is a sealed case but more expensive than what you are being charged.
Why use a 50 pound bomb when a 500 pound bomb will do?

I am just south of you. If you pass or want to split the cost of the ammo let me know.

The once fired cases are worth that to a serious reloader. Even if you don't reload yet, don't throw them away. As said above it is the best .303 brass possibly ever produced. Some of the early Greek in cans on chargers were packed on pre WW1 chargers too. Don't throw anything away until you check it all out!

When this HXP ammo first started to come on stream in the UK, and I forget exactly when that was, probably late 70's or so but feel free to correct me, one of the ammo procurement people told us that the UK/RG were sitting on millions of worthless returned chargers sitting in stock. These were used as a small 'part exchange' to offset the cost of the Greek HXP to the UK as we specified that it had to come in bandoliers and chargers.
This stuff used to come through to us for range/accuracy testing No4's and Brens at the time and there was some doubt/dispute that it equated to standard Mk7 as per the EMER. But tests soon proved that it did.
There, another worthless bit of Enfield info.........
