C mark is C enclosing a broad arrow the Canadian ownership mark used from c1906-mid 50s.

Ok -thanks. Did not recognize it because of the way it was struck (twice) such that the upper part and bottom of the "C" is missing as well as the left side of the "arrow" head. Also use to seeing smaller C broad arrow marks like the pic below from another MkIII I found on the web. That is very cool. Thank you much.
