I have a nice late-war Kreigs Modell stock. I have the barrel bands and they look decent, as well. But I do not have the very small wood screws to secure the bands in place. Not sure what to do or where to look. Anybody have any ideas? Thanks guys.

You use to be able to buy traditional steel wood screws that were pre "blackened" during manufacture. If you can't source theses off, say eBay, you could just paint or blue "normal steel" traditional wood screws.
If you know of an "old school" hardware shop near you that has been in business a long time they may still have some old style wood screws in stock.
Traditional countersunk wood screws come in 2 styles (of countersunk head), either normal countersunk with a flat head/face, or raised head countersunk which has a curved head to the screw.
The front band screws used on dot and swp Czech made K98k rifles were leftover Vz24 stock disc screws. A slot was cut across the head so a flat head screwdriver could be used.
