Webley MK V markings and some doubts

I had a 4" barreled Mk V decades ago and I thought Canada grandfathered >101mm barreled pistols as "Prohibited" some time ago.

We did, about '98. Anyone holding was grandfathered in and could have and deal between themselves. Now all handguns are prohibited by law so owners have what they have and they can't buy or sell.

On the revolver in picture, the number marking on the cylinder is the way I see them marked. Looks right.
