Those Stamps are often Faked.
In current condition it's a $75.00 shooter stock IMO.
I decided to take a chance since it had a 100% money back on the return policy...
The stamps looked and felt to be laser etched into the wood. Instead of being "pressed" they felt raised and very crisp. Also, I didn't catch it at first but the pistol grip had been broken off completely and then sanded and finished, while well done I knew as soon as I wrapped my hand around it that something was off about the grip. I sent it back the very next day after listing everything wrong w it. He said he was going to block me... ?*?? No loss other than I'm still looking for a I cut Winnie stock and a type II trigger housing ?

I was just looking through their stock yesterday. Do they have more than what's listed on the pages? I was wondering if I called and asked for exactly what I was looking for of I'd get lucky. I may try them this week.

Tom, They often do have others and will hand pick what you want while on the phone with them. Sometimes will even message pictures to your phone if you need closeups of certain areas. Good Luck with it! - Bob

GI BOB,
What's the owners name again? He recently left me another message on the answering machine about buying more C tip Slings. I have a hard time with his accent. Calls about every 2 months. Must have me confused with some Big Shot

Charlie, I looked that up awhile back and thought I posted it here on the forum - but now can't find it. Seems like his first name is Yashi. Been dealing with a mid-west type blizzard occurring here today. Even closer to Portland, there were winds of 70-80 mph with temps in the low teens. Will look for that name again tomorrow. - Bob
@ Painter - Will PM you with his full name - Bob

We've been getting high winds and single digit temps here in northeast Ohio too. Nasty weather all over the place.
When they tell you to behave, they always forget to specify whether to behave well or badly!

Good point Charlie. A lot of new guys have no idea about the fake wood stamps sets that were sold years ago. Winchester stocks have very deep clean stamps that endure. Beyond that a unique Winchester shape as well.
