    I remember probably fifteen years ago I made an odyssey to a certain major Midwestern-US arms dealer, accompanied by an older friend who specialized in Lugers (my fault)...while he was pawing through the Luger Room and negotiating with the boss, I was looking through the case of .45s. I saw what looked like a nice M1911 and asked to see it...the clerk placed it in my hands. Upon seeing it was a North American, and instinctively knowing what price tag came with it, I cringed and treated it as one might a medieval holy relic....

    Hmm, what is a proper Gregorian chant to go with a .45....

    This is actually my gun. Serial # 444 which is one of the prototypes which were stamped 111, 222, 333, 444, 555

    Interesting place this gun lives, I've done my share of time in Borden and Meaford... These pistols are really something, there's on in the Citadel museum in Quebec and it's about perfect... Yours is very nice. At least I've seen them up close, unlike many. Don't suppose we could get a full set of pics?
