    Short Ross

I recently acquired a 1910 Ross that has had the stock cut and barrel shortened to 24 3/4". I assume this was done when the gun was surplused and "sporterized" for resale. The bore looks pretty decent, won't have time to shoot it until after moose season. I am following up a lead on full length barrels, bolts and maybe actions, no wood however. Will post again if I find out anything worthwhile.

Major Ross parts are expensive and hard to get.
