    training suggestions?

I'm a newbie when it comes to milsurps. I bought my first gun last December and have been somewhat addicted ever since. Before I bought the gun, I took the NRA First Steps course. I'm interested in taking more training classes, but with all the options out there, finding one that would be the next logical step in terms of firearms training. I was hoping some of you could pass along some info on courses that you all found useful.

The courses I would be interested in would be pistol focused courses (I don't hunt). Everybody has been enormously helpful with questions I had in the past, so I thought I'd throw another one out there. Thanks for any info!!

I had a really nice and informative post with links and organizations and events where you could learn everything you want, all signed and ready to go with my finger on the "Post Quick Reply" button until I looked at your profile and saw you were in the UKicon.....making my now deleted post totally meaningless!
