    Training Rifle questions

OK. I’ve started to look for a Arisakaicon Training Rifle. (Preferably a Type 30 or 38, but a Type 99 may do in a pinch)
Now I beginning to wonder if there really is a type specific trainer. It seems that I’m seeing a lot advertised in 6.5 as Type 38’s but with Type 99 single hole receivers and type 99 front bands. (???)There’s even one on GB listed as a Type 38 in 7.7 I don’t know that I have seen a type 30 hook safety trainer… yet.

Are these pretty much just a mish-mash of parts and I am expecting too much for something that has all the parts from the same Type?
