A G43 Berliner Lubecker Maschininfabrik ((BLM) All paid help). NO S/N available

The M1941 Johnson S/N 7148

An M1922 M2 Springfield Target rifle S/N 20195 (With a Full length stock (not sporter))

An M1 Carbine Underwood (doing an appraisal (I have to buy it now) No S/N

A S&W 686 .357 Magnum (doing an appraisal (I have to buy it now)) No S/N

A total replacement value of at the very least $20,000.00 (California prices).

A Nikon Digital D200 Camera with 4 lenses most were f2.8. Replacement value at least $5,000.00

Don't beat on me too much as I have suffered a traumatic loss. I loaded them into my truck intending to take them to the safe and got interrupted, and yes the truck was locked. They were stolen in a 25 minute time period when the "normal" observers of the area had gone and when some of the same returned.

YES a suspect is in mind, because it has recently come to light that at least he is on the fringe of "Drug Problems". I won't call him a friend exactly, but he is a good/BAD aquaintance. He wouldn't be noticed because he used to live next door where his mother lives.

I'll keep an eye out for them here in Texas. It may be worth your while to fax the serial numbers to the various Collector Associations. There's actually a good chance if they show up at any of the major shows here I may run across them.

Cecil - Remember my M1941 Johnson was a Winfield conversion (i.e. Sporter stock, blued, sporterized barrel), however it had a J. Scott repro buttstock (the forward stock/handguard was an original), an original unmodified barrel, an original bayonet with an original bayonet scabbard. Both barrels were in the soft case, as was the bayonet several magazines, and a pamphlet/booklet about the M1941 Johnson.

Any chance you recorded the barrel and magazine serial numbers? Was the bayonet numbered?

I didn't know an M1941 Johnson magazine would have been serialized. I understand that the bayonets were not serialized.

Some bayonets were and some were not. I believe all the mags were numbered. I'll check my book again to make sure.
