IMR 3031 in .223 rem

Hello,
Anybody have any luck with IMR 3031 in a .223 rem cartridge? I wasthinking of using it with 55-62 gr bullets in a .223 Saiga I just bought. Thanks

30+ years ago, my favorite load was 1x fired GI RA '68 brass, CCI Primer, 23.2gr. 3031, with 55gr Hornady SX. Absolutely vaporized Southern Indiana groundhogs with an old (then new) SP1 AR15.
Function was flawless, and 1moa on SR21 @ 100 yds. sitting with military sling.
All shooting done with iron sights.

Well I think I got a couple of decent loads worked up for my 16" .223 Saiga. had a Burris Fullfield II 4.5-14x 42mm Scope on it for testing the handloads. I got acceptable groups with 55gr and 60gr bullets. The load recipes were:

LC brass
Win small rifle primers
21.6 gr IMR 3031 (for 60gr FBHP)
22.0 gr IMR-3031 (for 55gr BTSP)
Mag fit/ full length sized.
